Meet the teacher - Jess Birkbeck
I’m a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer, specialising in functional movement and mobility. After practicing Yoga for 7 years, the next steps for me was to become qualified to share this magic with others. I’ve recently completed my 200hr vinyasa yoga teacher training with Zoe MacPhail and Angela Jervis-Read. Although new to teaching Yoga, I’m already experiencing a new-found joy in teaching others and seeing their journies progress.
My biggest aim is to help you become the strongest and most supple version of yourself. My classes are planned carefully to ensure you work different muscle groups and strengthen and lengthen your muscles to feel supple and strong.
I want you to leave each class feeling accomplished and I like to think my approachable style helps you feel at ease, whilst encouraging you to feel confident to try new things in a comfortable space and safe environment.
My one piece of advice? TRY Yoga, just give it a shout, even if you’re scared or you’ve never done it before. It’s life-changing and out team here are proof of that. There are so many benefits both mentally and physically… I can’t wait to see you on the mat!
