Meet the teacher - Katy Szarko
I strive to practice and teach from a place of self-enquiry and creativity. Joyous, body-positive, mindful movement and breath awareness is the cornerstone of my yoga practice, and this is what I offer in my teaching.
I trained for four years with the British Wheel of Yoga, and most recently Breathworks Mindfulness. For the past 13 years I have been lucky enough to share this wonderous practice with thousands of people, through my own groups, workshops, private classes, Women Centres, prisons, corporate events, and schools.
I am also trained in Calm for Kids, Chakra Aerial & Chakra Aerial Restorative and Yoga for Cancer.
